It is our policy to collect payment, including any deductible and/or co-insurance amounts, at the time of service. If your insurance plan has a co-pay, your insurance carrier requires that we collect it from you at the time of service.

    *We are not network providers for Humana Ochsner

  • Medicare

    • Original Medicare Part B

    • Medicare Advantage Part C

  • We do not accept Louisiana Medicaid as primary insurance

  • We no longer accept Wellcare Insurance
